Situated in a great location close to the tube, cafes and restaurants. Really liked the free tea and coffee, as well as the water refill stations on each floor. It’s walking distance to SoHo, Covent Garden, Leicester and Westminster. Will stay again!

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting around the city with many famous landmarks within walking distance. Public transportation was easily accessible as well. Convenient to many good restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel .

The rooms are very small and ill- equipped. Much of the hotel room’s furniture feels dated and their disabled room is not a disabled room. There is no seat in the shower. There are ridges on the floor to get into the shower, which makes it inaccessible to a disabled person staying in the hotel.

Big bed bonanza

Bed was very comfy and nice room except for pretty much no window or view, just a small window looking out onto a wall a few feet away. Also, the shower room was very old fashioned with curtain rather than a glass enclosure. Check out is fantastic with the help of Matthew, he is very friendly and professional

Fantastic location, pretty lobby. Staff was the best. Stay away from the overpriced breakfast. The room was a bit cramped and on the old side but ultimately comfortable. We were quite happy there.

They accepted us very late following a complete cancellation of train journeys out of King's Cross. We arrived after midnight but were welcomed warmly. The room was fairly priced and the bed was very very comfy. Will stay again.
