Great location .. average amenities.

Room size was fantastic for Europe. However, major downfall was that the mattress was old and sagged… very hard to sleep on. And no lotion, a small luxury in a dry environment. Also, description says free continental breakfast…. It is not free, $16 pp… and not the friendliest staff.

It was unseasonably balmy in London, and sunlight poured through the big window in our room--but the AC didn't work. We summoned maintenance twice, and twice maintenance assured us it was fixed. It wasn't. Otherwise: nice big room, well appointed, and friendly staff, but hard to enjoy fully when you're sweating.

The gym was unexpectedly well equipped. My son is a competitive rower getting ready for spring season and he had everything he needed. The proximity of the underground, museums, parks, pubs, grocery & restaurants was great too. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, but the room itself was cramped with very little storage, so it felt like we lived out of a suitcase for the week. I was disappointed that an early check in wasn't available as we'd just got off of a red-eye flight. The desk assured me that they'd contact me as soon as the room was ready, but no contact was made. At least there was a bag drop available.

Great home base for a week in London. We visit yearly and this place has been one of our favorites. It’s very close to the Tube, grocery, drugstore, fast food, not so fast food, etc. I felt safe walking in the evenings and the hotel staff were fab.

Great location, safe quiet neighborhood with good variety of restaurants. Easy access to Piccadilly line for access to Heathrow. Property was clean and room well appointed. Would have been nice to have instructions for the washer/dryer in the unit. We used it but our clothes didn’t dry, probably user error.

Kensington stay

Accommodation in a convenient location, near to tube but quiet area. Local shops convenient too. Studio a nice size, kitchen space adequate but would have liked a sofa as there was in some of the photos on the website.
