Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Mayfair, bar and lounge areas are lovely. The room we had was spacious very clean and had a separate work area. The staff are great particularly the restaurant manager who was amazingly friendly and attentive. The only small criticism would be the breakfast area at peak times isn’t big enough so expect a 10 minute wait or book a table for a specific time. Other than that it’s really a great property and doesn’t feel like a chain hotel at all.

Room was fine but plastic desk chair was very difficult to maneuver. The hotel tries to be clever with lighting, but a black walled bathroom was impossible. The law in London is that hair dryers cannot be operated in bathrooms, but the hotel makes no provision for convenient mirrors or outlets in the bedroom. Same goes for easy charging. We all have multiple devices these days and charging is a critical part of hotel rooms. I would not stay here again, even though the staff was very nice and responsive.

Hotel is in a beautiful area and is a lovely hotel. The sound proofing in the room was very poor though which affected our night sleep. We wouldn’t bother with the breakfast again. The service felt chaotic and it would take ages to get served drinks, food orders were wrong and we had to ask three times to get a glass of juice for one person in our party. We’d rather have just for it our self but they insist on serving it. They did make a massive effort for my daughter’s birthday though, particularly Tyler.
