Great location for Parliament and Westminster right by the river. The tube was an easy 10 minute walk away. Rooms were well equipped and maintained. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Romana who checked us in. For the price we would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for our trip to London during our anniversary visit to Europe and had a great experience staying there for 3 days, 2 nights. They let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated, because we arrived at least 3 hours before check in. Our room was nice. We had immediate assistance when we needed support with our TV. On our first day, we ate at the American style restaurant downstairs, POTUS, and the service was great. The only thing to note is that sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for food so you should not go when you are rushing to go somewhere. We did dine in eating for dinner and it was very convenient, though it took 30 minutes to come, which was the only set back. The food presentation and taste were great. The spread for the continental breakfast was also convenient and was very good. It may be a bit pricey but the all you can eat spread does make it worth it. It is about a 15-20 min walk from most of the buildings to see and we walked but public transport is an option. When checking out, we needed a place to store our stuff l since our train back to France was later in the day. They had too many late check outs to extend our time, but they did a complimentary extension of one hour and an additional hold of our luggage post check out so that we could have our final meal at the POTUS, which really helped us to spend time doing some last minute things and eating comfortably. If we go back, we would certainly stay here again.

Good Hotel to stay in London.

We arrived very early in the morning, around 8 a.m., after a journey of nearly 24 hours. A month in advance, I had written to the hotel to request an early check-in, and they kindly accommodated us for an additional fee. This option is absolutely worth it if you are arriving after such a long trip. The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to London’s main attractions while still allowing guests to enjoy a quieter environment away from the city’s hustle and bustle. We stayed for four days and primarily used the hotel in the evenings to rest before setting out early each morning to explore everything London has to offer. Visitors should be prepared for extensive walking, so comfortable and supportive footwear is highly recommended in order to make the most of the experience. Adjacent to the hotel, there is a small but convenient supermarket where essential items such as snacks, drinks, and water can be purchased. Although the hotel does not provide self-service laundry facilities, a laundromat is available approximately 12 minutes away by car, or about a 20–25 minute walk. ⸻ The rooms are small, but this was not an issue for us since we knew we would not be spending time at the hotel during the day. The property features a rooftop restaurant with a lively atmosphere, offering good food and drinks as well. Overall, it is a very good hotel that I would certainly recommend.

The water in the shower wouldn’t drain, the water barely got warm, and the lights in the room kept flickering. When I asked about room service, the front desk was not helpful at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is just set back from the river Thames with views of Westminster. Was surprised with how small the hotel is.the hotel it self is nice and modern and gives you a feeling of opulence as you enter the reception area. We had a very warm welcome from the reception staff who explained everything that we need to know. We stayed in a standard room with balcony on the 3rd floor. The room it self is small but very well laid out. Again the balcony is small and has no furniture at all. Was very disappointed to find the room has no tv but it has got a ironing board!!.
