Worst hotel experience ever! Due to word limits, could not post complete review here- but posted that on hotel google maps page directly. In short, we booked the hotel around two months before our intended trip and we requested a change within 24 hours of booking- which was declined by the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel 2 days later than the booked time, The reception team didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and even confirmed that they did not approve the change- expedia tried it on their end(thanks to expedia). She said that we can’t give you any credit as we were a ‘no-show.’ and we will have to wait for the room to get ready. Home come we were no show? I have email trails regarding the change request. I tried to explain same thing in person- she would not even listen. How does this even make sense- you are not giving me any credit and I paid from October 1 how can you say that my room is not even ready? She said that as a courtesy, she is giving me free coffee card - Don’t get me wrong but I don’t care about your coffee - Train your staff how to provide customer service! would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room we were given was filthy. I spent 30 minutes wiping down the bench, desk, coffee table, leather couch and stains on walls. There were crumbs in crevices of coffee table. Behind the desk was layers of dust. Immediately when you walk in there were multiple dried splatter marks on the wall. Your guests should not have to disinfect the room upon checking in?!
