Amazing hotel, great location and excellent staff. Stayed here for a theatre visit and it couldn't be any closer to The West End - 3 minutes walk and we were in the heart of theatre land. 10 minutes walk took us to Trafalgar Square and many shops of all varieties on the way if you need anything. A fantastic warm welcome as we arrived, Helen showed us around the hotel and ensured we had a room that met our requirements. They noted that it was recently my 50th birthday so also placed a chilled bottle of wine, mousse cake and card (hand written) on the table - a lovely thoughtful touch. Hotel was nice and quiet, clean and excellently maintained - room was spotless and blackout curtains worked well so despite being in a very busy part of London we slept extremely well. Next morning we awoke and came down to the restaurant for breakfast (included in our booking). Both buffet cooked and continental were available plus fresh coffee from a bean to cup machine. I can honestly say it's one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - top quality food and all at the correct temperatures. An honourable mention goes to the creamy scrambled eggs and wide selection of cold meats - good healthy choices for those on carnivore/keto diets! Upon check out they were happy to look after our luggage whilst we wandered around the nearby galleries at no extra cost. We'll certainly return to this hotel when we're in London and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the West End or surrounding ar

The Room was amazing and the staff where so jolly and helpful. Will definitely return to stay again. Just the restaurant was a little too expensive with Taxes. Sorry wont be eating and drinking there again. The pub across the road was so much better.

I cannot say enough Good things about this hotel! The staff is very nice and hotel. I loved the location. It was convenient to walk around to get on the tube. It was difficult at peak hours to get a taxi but we ended up talk to the next corner to pick up. The staff was so personable and kind. They helped with recommendations and were genuinely interested in our day and plans. The room, even though to me small was still good. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean and great shower pressure. When I go back to London I will definitely stay here again
