Huone sijaitsi 4. Kerroksessa, hissi ylsi 3. Kerrokseen. Viimeinen kerros tosi ahtaita portaita ylös matkalaukun kanssa. Aamiainen aika vaatimaton. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, ein recht ruhiges Quartier für Wohlhabende, nahe zur U-Bahn, Zentrum und Buckingham Palast, das Hotel in einem eher älteren Zustand, unser Zimmer im UG war zwar recht gross aber der Zustand und Ausstattung eher etwas heruntergekommen.
