The room we had was small - difficult to get around the bed. Bed was not that comfortable and pillows were not as you would expect for a 5 star hotel. It was clean and the staff friendly - breakfast was ok and the location close to the tube for easy access. Would not stay again due to room size and bed.

Not a 5 star hotel Staff was amazing and the room had everything you need including extras like towels and slippers, but I was definitely expecting a higher end hotel since it was listed as 5 stars. This hotel is barely 4 stars. I wish there were more consistently with the star ratings.

Lovely stay as usual. Checked in online prior to travelling but when we got there we were asked for a passport.... Which we didn't have. Warning would have been good. Also asked for an additional pillow but that request was ignored.
