I love the old Hollywood decor and feel. It has a great diner and weekends get packed for brunch so expect a wait. The swanky bar is fun and usually live with music and really nice. The property is well kept but parking is limited and they do make you pay valet or Pay for self parking. Love staying here and only thing I would change is, them adding room service to the rooms.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in , he asked if we’ve been to Hollywood before and let us know what was available and where things were located around the area such as attractions and experiences. Overall they made sure we had a positive experience during our stay

I travel a lot, but I’m starting to get annoyed with having to use valet parking or even parking myself for $34-$40 a night outside of a major city’s downtown. That being said, the hotel and room were cute and kitschy, but the TV was a PIA and the two remotes for only live TV (no satellite, direcTV) was odd. The staff at the front desk upon check-in were lovely, but upon checkout the staff was different and very surly.

The hotel ambience is wonderful. The only challenge was cleaning products used in the hotel are problematic for a person with fragrance and chemical sensitivities. Strong detergents used on towels and bedding. Otherwise fabulous place.

The staff was phenomenal. The hotel itself was very cool with great attention to detail. That cool factor tracked into the room itself. Very Hollywood throughout! And the Clark Street diner at the hotel is iconic and I would come back again and again.

I stayed for two nights to go to a concert at the Hollywood Palladium. The Old Hollywood theming is very well done.. The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the venue and close to Hollywood Boulevard. I would definitely stay there again.
