My daughter and I stayed here for a mother daughter weekend trip to see Erykah Badu. We both loved the staff and hotel. I absolutely love the story behind the hotel in memory of their sister. The doors are beautiful and I’m assuming some of their late sister’s favorite things. We stayed in the Super Mario room. A nice surprise as my husband’s name is Mario. We will definitely be back to stay in the Hello Kitty Room. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

The only positive is the convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. However, the service was very disappointing. At check-in, staff refused to let me check in due to a minor name issue, and the interaction felt unfriendly and unhelpful. Thankfully, the booking company quickly resolved it. Parking was also a problem. Even after paying $37 per night for 3 nights, there were no spaces available, while non-paying cars were parked in the lot. This happened more than once, and other guests faced the same issue. Overall, while the location is good, the service and management need significant improvement.

My construction workers stayed there and they had a bad experience with the staff there. Also, we tried to cancel one of the rooms as one of the guys got injured at the jobsite and they wouldn't refund the money. They didn't considered anything and just went with a NO cancellation. Never again will we book this place.

Don’t believe what you see.

Don’t believe what you see.. the check-in was quick. But other then that a terrible time just getting to the room the AC did not work. It was hot! Called front staff just to take a look and never called back or seemed to do anything. The noise was loud besides the outside there were a few people outside till 3am blasted music and the room was dirty came back home with bed bug bites.. the bed indeed was NOT soft btw.
