Whenever you book a room here through a different company other than the hotel’s, the front desk will give you one of the worst rooms they have. I have had this issue here on multiple occasions and the front desk once confirmed this practice of keeping the good rooms for the people who book through the hotel.

Extended my stay and the office changed me an extra $50 and has not refunded me my deposit… lady at the front desk was very when I ask about the extra fee II had to pay for add another night and paying for it online.

Honestly my go to whenever i visit west covina; its very affordable, they have a fridge and a microwave on request, the parking lot has a good amount of spots, and the hotel staff are nice. The location LOOKS spooky but we had zero issues. The only "issue" we had is that they confused us with someone else and came to our room telling us it was check out time but we just clarified to them we'd be here longer and it was completely fine. :)
