The hotel was in a great location. Quebec is a walkable city but very hilly. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The only issue is the parking. There are 160 rooms in this great hotel but only 61 parkings... you have to park your car at the Hospital parking lot, 1 street away...

This is not the grand hotel it once was. Stayed for 3 nights and could not get a dining reservation. No bar stools available without a reservation. No room service. No simple breakfast available, only a $39 average buffet breakfast. Parking is $35, plus tax, daily. We will try a different property next time.
