No cleaning service during stay.

Cleaning and check in was the best, room was comfortable and the location of the property is perfect. Unfortunately the cleaning service was really disappointing, we stayed 3 nights and never cleaned the room or take out the garbage. I had to ask for an extra towels and toilet paper and as they didn’t have any person to get it my room I was the one who got to go to front desk for it. The funny thing was since the very first day I found a note asking for electronic tipping for the cleaning service. Definitely have to improve this topic in order to enhance the customer experience.

The elevators were very slow. Housekeeping only came once during a 5-night stay. The pool was cold. However, the hotel was clean and felt very safe. They had a nice breakfast and the location was 5-star. Everything was walkable from the hotel. Would stay there again if they fix the elevators and improve housekeeping.

Perfect location! Spent a couple of days in San Diego before catching a cruise to the Mexican Riviera. The hotel is close to the port terminal as well to many attractions and lots of eateries near by. Clean, comfortable beds and a great selection for breakfast. You will not be disappointed.

Building seems to bw older. So we had tenants next to us with crazy kid running around all night. The reason for not giving more stars is because the view on the roon i booked supposed to be sea view with nice circle window. What i got was look to a wall and rail track. To me that is fake advertisment. Great for walking distance to little italy and tons of restaurants.

I had forgotten my gab card and was locked downstairs in garage and sounded my car alarm several times for help , nobody came to help me . The building on the exterior looks very run down , definitely needs a remodel .
