I didn’t like the shower it’s outdated. I would give them 5 stars but it’s a bit outdated. Everything else is nice but no bartender at the pool? I wanted drinks served.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean but I did not know I was going to be charged an extra 25 for parking and another 20 for a resort pass that I didn't even get to use.

Room was clean. The check in was super easy. Lots of parking and I could park my car right next to my room. Was there to get some work done. Room was big. Heater worked well. Was impressed that hot water came out of the bath right away....You didn't have to wait for the water to get hot. Had breakfast in the dining hall with a nice view. I enjoyed seeing the Macaws. A quiet and peaceful stay.
