très mauvaise expérience de résa avec e-bookers

Très mauvaise expérience de réservation.Nous avoins réservé 2 chambres(paiement et mail de confirmation OK).Quand nous sommes arrivés, une seule chambre était réservée. Heureusement nous sommes arrivés tôt à l'hotel qui a pu régler notre problème : il leur restait une chambre! Nous avions prévu d'arriver très tard à l'hotel, auquel cas nous n'aurions pas eu de solution! Premère et dernière fois que nous réservons avec e-bookers et expédia.Nous n'avons jamais eu ce problème avec les autres sites de réservation!! Very bad booking experience. We booked 2 rooms (payment and confirmation email OK). When we arrived, only one room was booked. Luckily we arrived early at the hotel and it was the hotel that was able to fix our problem: they had a room left fortunately.We had planned to arrive very late at the hotel in which case we would not have of solution! First and last time we booked with e-bookers and expedia.We never had this problem with the other booking sites!

Manque de place totale!!

Manque de sanitaires et de douche . Pas de place pour le petit dejeuner!.

hôtel très accueillant pour un zéro étoile

Pros: L'accueil des personnels de la nuit et du matin
Cons: Rénovation des sanitaires...surtout les douches
Location: Hôtel très bien situé avec tous les commerces nécessaires en cas de séjour prolongé
Arrivés tard nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. L'hôtesse d'accueil nous a proposé son aide pour monter nos bagages

Hôtel Facile d'accès.

Pros: Les chambres sont assez spacieuses pour un court séjour.
Cons: Limiter le débit de l'eau dans les toilettes et les salles de bain ?
Location: Moulin est une belle ville. Nous étions au palais des congrès.
Très bien accueillis dans cet hôtel. Toute l'équipe est agréable et complaisante.Le rapport qualité prix est adapté.
