"Arroganter, unfreundlicher Check-In, dann eine verstopfte Toilette und zum Ende wurde uns die von Hotels.com als Silver-Vorteil versprochenen 10 Dollar Guthaben pro Person und Tag nicht gewährt, weil man nichts davon wusste. Für mich darum das erste und letzte Mal Sonesta. Schade, denn eigentlich wäre das Haus schön, aber niemand scheint willens, was daraus zu machen."

"Die Unterkunft hat im großen und ganzen für uns gepasst! Wir waren 10 Nächte. Was wirklich stört ist das man die Zimmer Tür nicht leise zumachen kann. Darum bekommt man auf der ganzen Etage mit ,wenn wer das Zimmer verlässt! Tischtennis und Fußball Tisch existiert auch nicht,!"
