Bonjour, De mariage à St Julien de pinet samedi soir, nous avons préféré dormir près du lieu plutot que de prendre la route la nuit. Nous avons eu raison car nous avons passé la nuit à l hotel Le Cygne à Yssingeaux. Nous vous la recommandons tant pour l accueil que pour la propreté. Hotel agréable. Merci. Chantal R.

Rien à redire. Parfait.

Au calme à la campagne, séjour agréable de 2 nuits avec diner. Très bon accueil, dîner parfait avec de bons produits à un prix modique de 17€. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Bouteille d'eau gratuite dans la chambre. Parking gratuit disponible à l'hôtel, attention entrée très étroite pour un SUV voir impossible pour véhicule de plus grand gabarit.

J'étais déjà venu dans cet hôtel il y a une quinzaine d'années ; c'est toujours aussi bien. La présence d'un parking privé est toujours un plus quand on est situé en plein centre...

BIZARRE

Séjour très surprenant. bon accueil, chambre confortable, propre très calme. Nous avions demandé le petit déjeuner mais le matin, personne dans l'hôtel. Nous avons appelé le numero indiqué "en cas d'absence: répondeur. Nous avons attendu une demie heure et comme personne n'est venu, nous sommes allés prendre un café dans un bar et à notre retour, toujours personne! Etant attendu nous sommes partis sans avoir vu personne. Une heure après coup de fil de la personne censée faire le petit déjeuner, elle s'excusait et avait eu un "empéchement".

Très agréable séjour, l'hôtel est très propre, l’accueil est chaleureux et la nourriture est très bonne, cependant l'hôtel est un peu vieillissant. Je recommande fortement.
