Great hotel in the heart of Liverpool
"Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. Thank you for that. "
