Located in a quiet residential area of Clansayes, this charming holiday home offers you an ideal setting for a family or friends' stay. Just 5 minutes from the Golf of Drôme Provençale, you will enjoy a peaceful environment, without overlooking neighbours, in the heart of nature.



This villa of 160 m² rises over two levels:



Ground floor:

- A vast, bright living space with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room

- A fully equipped laundry room

- A night area including a bathroom (bathtub + shower) and a separate toilet:

• Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160 cm), large storage spaces

• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds with direct access to a private terrace

Note: Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. Single beds can be joined to form two King size beds.



Floor:

•Air-conditioned master suite with a Queen size bed, a bathroom (shower + WC).

The 3,600 m² fully enclosed garden is perfectly designed for relaxation:

•Swimming pool in the style of an old basin (8.5 × 4.5 m – flat bottom 1.30 m), secured by a fence.

•Several terraces and relaxation areas: garden furniture, hammocks, sun loungers, parasols.
