‘Room’ for improvement
They managed to call me once a day when I had a ‘do not disturb’ sign hanging from the door and they were aware of it because they acknowledged it when I told them over the phone!! A total joke.
1st call because they wanted to charge me for breakfast when I had warned them it was not included. They let me walk in anyway and later they call me saying they are sending someone to my room to take payment - I explained in 3 occasions they had interrupted my sleep and I was not opening the door for their mistake for not doing it earlier when I was honest and would go down to pay later.
2nd call to ‘double check’ I did not want room service (!). I said again I had the “do not disturb’ and he answered “yes, that’s why we wanted to check” (hello? Can you provide training to your staff, please?)
It was a short work trip and they managed to ruin the little sleep I could get.
Also the most ridiculous tiny glasses for water/juice for breakfast.
I could not say any dairy alternative milks.
They don’t inform everyone there is a la carte menu as well.
