This hotel was great! Awesome way to end our weeklong trip around England. Staff was super helpful and nice. Room was clean and pleasant. Comfortable beds. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.

Great location near the park. Rooms are borderline in need of renovation but they are doing their best with the current state and age of the hotel. Clean overall. Convenient restaurant and nice staff.

Sadly, the room didn’t resemble the online pictures. The room was dated and tired looking. The headboards have seen better days and the door/window couldn’t be closed due to a rubber pipe going out. Meant noice from Hyde Park at 10-10.30pm was loud and the children just couldn’t sleep through it. Door lock didn’t work and despite efforts to fix it - it remained broken and we were not offered a move. Good location but wouldn’t recommend. Needs an update for the price being charged.
