I was told early check-in is done by availability only, but travelers cannot always control their arrival times. There should be more lobby amenities for hotel-goers that they can use when the room itself isn't ready because the absolutely barebones lobby with no coffee, no bathrooms, and no convenience resources (i.e., water/snacks/basic toiletries for purchase) is simply not enough. I'm frankly surprised this is rated a 4* hotel. Compared to Mariott and Hilton, this is 3*, with the only real benefit being the well-equipped kitchenette in the room which not a soul visiting London will ever actually use. Additionally, do the world a favor and update your website information with the hotel's actual information, e.g. the fact that there is no parking available (the website says there is) and that breakfast actually costs £17.50 rather than the £15 it says online.
