I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with the lack of minibar in your room. We have had these removed some time ago, however Room Service is still available 24 hours a day. I am also sorry to hear that yuor selected room was not available for you on check-in, occasionally issues such as urgent maintenance work or guests staying on prevent us from allocating guest selected rooms. I will certainly highlight the issue you mention in regard to Housekeeping entering your room inappropriately to our Head Housekeeper to investigate. We appreciate all our guests’ feedback and will endeavour to make any changes that improve our guests’ experiences wherever possible.
