Positives- excellent location, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, bike rental near by. Negatives- tiny waterfall shower that left no space to wash without turning off the shower, could use a luggage rack, window in our room didn’t fully close, not air conditioned so the room was hot at night and no fan in the bathroom which made it super hot to shower.

The bathroom had a horrible smell which was unbearable to stay for long periods to brush your teeth or have a shower. The bathroom radiator would not turn off which only magnified the smell from the bathroom and made it impossible to sit down on the toilet for fear of burning your legs. Even with the window open in the room, it was difficult to sleep due to the heat from the bathroom. This encouraged us to get up early, check out and get sight seeing.

If I could rate this a -10 I would. Where do I start? There were rats in the grass outside the hotel. The rooms look nothing as advertised. Smaller and dirty. I found a used metro ticket from a previous occupant. How do you clean and leave that? The fan worked in intermittently and the shower drainage pipe was so backed up that I was worried about the shower overflowing. There was less than 6" between the 2 beds in the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Great stay, price, location and staff!

Booked this hotel for our trip to London for our friend’s wedding. Lovely staff 24/7 reception. Great price for location, short walk to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Oxford street. Can not fault it at all! A/c unit was a little noisy here and there but nothing too loud. Would definitely stay again if we travel to London again. Thank you so much for your hospitality

Weekend overnight stay

A nice hotel near Paddington. Just what we needed to explore the area and for the station. Room was comfortable and clean. A little nosey with traffic at night as we had to have the window open due to the heat, however that didn't spoil our stay and there was also a fan provided. Disappointed breakfast was not available but lots of choice locally for eating.
