I knew there would be some construction during my stay, but I didn’t realize it would be extensive and so close to the lobby. The staff appeared somewhat unprofessional, and the HBO channels that were advertised were not working. Additionally, the door connecting the parking garage to the rooms was often left open, which raised some security concerns.

There is construction going on through the end of January so expect it, there is hammering and sawing between 8 and 5pm. That being said they did offer great discount and we were gone during the day. Beautiful hotel, great location service and breakfast. Like an Italian villa. Loved it!

Staff was great when needed as the microwave did not work, but promptly brought another when notified. Renovation was being performed while staying, so the building was as clean as it could be considering the work, but the room was clean

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I stay here often, and for them to not let guests know that there would be construction is beyond me. I got yelled at by a construction worker for trying to get to my room, I’ve had to dodge ladders all week, rubble, dust, and tools. One worker was waving around a hammer in the air while I had to walk under his ladder. Really not safe AT ALL. It’s a COMPLETE construction site. The hotel should be closed. The rates are the same as they usually are. Lastly, I work nights, which means I need to sleep during the day. Not one hour of sleep as the construction was SO LOUD all day. Started at 8am and they would leave their mess around my room and pile stuff up on my windowsill. Rubble everywhere. So unprofessional and this hotel acts like the guests are the burden during this time. Such a shame and I am genuinely shocked. Never again.
