The airport shuttle was convenient. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, no waiting for elevators, AC in the room worked like a champ, & TV was easy to use. I'm glad the ice machine worked. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cons - the hallways were too dimly lit.

Shared experience in previous post. Would not recommend this hotel. Expedia should also tell the customers that the hotel charges $44 for parking. Lots of noise from neighbors.

Staff walked into my room without knocking then ran out when she realized my daughter and I were there. The alarm or a hidden camera kept making noises in my sisters room from 11:30pm till early morning. Hotel staff said they would give us a 20% discount since we had proof, video and pics, but they didn’t. Bathrooms had no vent and it smelt moldy. We went there twice for a total of 4 days with 3 rooms for the duration of our vacation. Will never go there again. Holiday Inn is a disservice.

Very close to LAX airport, good shuttle service, 24 hrs, be wary that this is holiday inn and NOT holiday inn express, 2 different places and shuttle service, this number will get you the front desk to enquire about the shuttle 13106495151, there are a couple food options within walking distance, save the high price, it is recommended for a layover stay

The room and staff were OK. I did not like having to pay $40 extra to park our car overnight, the glass of diet coke was $7 and the ice machine was 3 levels down in the laundry room which was not easy to find. Won't stay there again.

I liked the room , especuliallt size and quietness. The staff all were excellent. Something about which the hotel personnnel would have no way of knowing: in the shower/tub, the bottom of the tub does not adhere completely to the surface beneath (there are airspaces). As a result, while showering, the bathtub makes loud popping sounds as the tub bottom flexes. You need to take a shower there in order to discover this, so housekeeping/maintenance would not know.
