The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower liner was ripped, and the shower hole was broken and barely hanging onto the wall. The room smelled stale when we went in, but overall it was clean. The rest of the hotel seemed friendly very convenient location.

They gave us a handicap room, I have no priority that but it was in the first floor on front of the laundry room, there was a service door that goes to the parking lot that was constantly slammed all the time it was a nuisance. The shower did not have curtains so I asked for one but it was never delivered, when I asked the front desk for it they started to make me questions instead of helping very poor staff serving this hotel. There are tons of dining options nearby and the area is safe to walk and explore. Thanks God it was only two nights, I will never stay in the Burbank hotel again.

Good hotel in downtown Burbank- close to lots of dining/ shopping options. Rooms are large and clean, a little dated. But a good value for the price and just fine for a quick stay. Convenient location near airport and freeways.

The location is great. The hotel is great but there were issues with the room. First they gave me a bed with one bed and we booked 2 queens. They moved us to another room. Then when we returned at 2am to go to our room we were locked out. We had to go back downstairs so they could reassign our room. Which was strange as all our belongings were still in the room. Then at 8:30 in the morning they called the room again just to find out my name as they weren’t sure who was in the room.
