We arrived earlier than check in and were told that there would be 75.00 charge to check in before 12:00. 45.00 charge before 2:00. I have never experienced this at any hotel. Hotel should not make customers wait if they have rooms available. Plenty of other hotels near the Airport for me to stay at

The hotel was in the perfect location for our needs and the airport shuttle was a great amenity! Front desk staff weren't unkind but not as helpful or hospitable as I'm used to as a frequent traveler. The TV in our room turned off every few minutes while watching which was pretty annoying. The microwave on our floor didn't work. Surfaces in the room could have been cleaner. Overall, an ok stay, but I would choose a different hotel if I were booking this trip again.

The free shuttle and location near the airport was convenient. I also liked the gift shop with lots of snack options. Our TV wouldn’t log into Netflix and we couldn’t control the thermostat so those two things were disappointing. The room also felt a little stuffy. The beds were comfortable though and that’s important. All the staff we encountered were very kind.

Unless you want to pay $86 a day for valet or $24 everytime you come out of the parking, I recommend Lyft or Uber. As far as dining plan to go out or Doordash in. And bring your own water. And prepare for the $100 incidental hold. If your prepared you will enjoy. If not you won't.
