Neues Hotel und gleich zum vergessen
"Das Hotel hat im Januar 2025 eröffnet, gefühlt vor zwei Wochen! Völlig abgelegen in einer Seitenstraße ohne Licht! Aber wo fange ich im Hotel an? Nahezu alle Mitarbeiter sind völlig überfordert oder können kaum Englisch! Die Zimmerausstattung für ein 4,5 Sterne Hotel ein Witz! Keine Minibar um bei Temperaturen und die 35 Grad Celsius irgendetwas zu kühlen, kein Fön am Zimmer und der kleine Aussenbereich mit Mini Pool ohne jegliche Bestuhlung! Es gibt zwei große Pools, einen für Erwachsene und einen für alle, aber leider interessiert es niemanden, denn zu unserer Zeit waren überall Kinder an der Pool Bar! Total nervig! Das Hotel zu 80% leer! An einem Tag von 10-15 Uhr kein Wasser, zwar angekündigt, aber trotzdem nervig! Der Eingang über die Tiefgarage sehr eng und ungewöhnlich!
Für uns keine Option in Tulum!
Die Beschwerde von uns, interessierte das Management auch überhaupt nicht, eine Anfrage blieb unbeantwortet!"
