Staff was fine but we had a horrible night because the people staying in the next room were being incredibly loud and rude. I called the front desk but the excessive noise didn't until like 2:30 in the morning.

Place had obviously flooded in the days before I was there as carpets were wet and place was musty. Staff helpful and friendly. Room fine but also the heater wouldn't turn off no matter what I did. I've stayed here before and will in the future, but this just wasn't the best visit.

I know it wasn't the Red Lion's fault that they had no electricity or lights or heat, but it was still a major, expensive inconvenience. I had to find other accommodations that Sunday night.

The floor was dirty. I found garbage and deodorant under the bed. The toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. Breakfast was overpriced for what I got tea, juice and an apple. You don't carry the SF Chronicle or the NY Times. Big mistake, even a few would do.

The experience at this hotel was truly horrible. The floor had a huge dip in it, tripping you every time you walk through it. Every fixture in the bathroom was barely hanging on the wall, stained flooring. It was pretty wild that the door could be both barely hanging on the hinges and still get stuck when opening. The sliding door to the patio/parking lot had a makeshift bolt lock that was drilled into the door, but not aligned enough to actually work. I reserved this room for a midway pitstop of a long drive. I called ahead early to let them know that I will be checking in very late around 1 to 2 AM. I was told that should not be an issue as it is 24 hour service and it will be noted in your reservation. Once I arrive to check in, I was told that they canceled my appointment and that I was a no-show. I explained that I had called in to confirm that I was able to check in and what time I would be checking in and was told it was OK. Yet my reservation was still canceled because it was more convenient for the front end so that they could close out their day/balance sheet as I was told by the front desk. Overall, I was fooled by the pictures posted online and wouldn’t recommend anybody stay at this location. It’s as if they are going through renovations without actually doing renovations. Everything is falling apart.
