The best thing about this hotel is the location. There was a horrible smell radiating from the bathroom sink. When we first walked into the room, the smell hit us hard. Thank goodness there was a window in the bedroom that opened up to air it out. But we had to make sure that we kept the bathroom door closed throughout our trip so that it wouldn’t smell up the room. Another unfortunate thing is that there’s no coffee inside the room. They have coffee in the lobby that doesn’t become available until 7 AM. That was extremely inconvenient for us. We are early risers. We wake up around five or six. Also where we live we’re an hour ahead of California. So our natural alarm clock was waking us up very early. And having to wait until 7 o’clock to go get coffee just didn’t make any sense. It’s not like there wasn’t somebody in the lobby working. So I don’t understand why they couldn’t just turn it on. There’s another hotel down the road called Humphries. We ate dinner there one night and that is where we’ll be staying the next time we plan a trip to San Diego.

I stayed one night the room was clean everything worked I had no complaints at all and a beautiful view of the harbor. I did not pay extra for the beautiful view but it appears most all rooms have a nice view of either the harbor or the boats that are moored depending on which direction you're facing

I was lied to several times about a charge and when i reached out to ask about it I was treated rudely and the person didn't give a damn about me.I will never stay there again!

Room very clean. Great location. Front desk was out of pool towels frequently. We had a small leak in our ceiling the one night it rained. Informed the front desk.

The room was not up to date, the bed was tough, the buildings are far spread. The doors are heavy and you can hear every door slam. The property was not as nice as I had hoped for. The restaurant had tvs for football games but as we walked in the tvs were not working and it said to pay your bill please contact us. Football playoff weekend and no tv?

Rooms were ok. Bed no comfortable, asked questions on booking didnt listen to what I had to say expect for you booked 3rd party so we cant help you. The doors in the hotel are heavy and slam every few minutes. It was the luxury or niceness I thought I was going to have per the reviews on website. Late check out because my husband was sick walked into our room at least 3 times before 12.

Great place. Very quiet. Our room was very spacious. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We bought breakfast 2x and both were very good. Large portions. Had one dinner and it was great. Service was very timely. Guacamole was made table side. Awesome location. Hope to return!!

The room was dirty, hair in both sinks, hair on toilet seat, the floor looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Both sinks in bathroom wouldn’t drain, the toilet sounded like a vacuum when you flushed it. The phone kept ringing non stop everyday and when you answered it, no one was there. They stopped their coffee machine at 10am in the lobby. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, will NEVER stay there again and will not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Loved how big these rooms were! Little kitchenette. The bathrooms had beautiful tiles. Lots of counter space. Beds were very comfortable, and loved the height on them. Each room had theor own balcony with great views!
