The staff was nice at check-in. The room appeared clean but there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Also the location is terrible! There were many homeless people walking around and a rundown strip club is right next door.

While upon approach to the hotel we were a little skeptical because one edge of the property is near a sketchy part of town. In a short period of time, we felt extremely safe and secure. We also realized that we were within minutes of anything we needed: restaurants, groceries, etc. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best of all though was the location, we felt that we were within 10-15 min of most of the sights and experiences we had on our itinerary. We will stay here again and again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideally located for Sea World, the Zoo and activities at or near the harbor. The breakfast was a disappointment. The orange juice tasted like a flavored drink. They need a larger room to accommodate more tables. It got so crowded we had to eat at a desk in the lobby.
