Great stay...no laundry services on site!

Hotel was great, we were able to keep our car in the garage on the day of checkout up to 6pm which was great and allowed us to explore the area all morning and early afternoon the day we checked out, then just come back and have valet retrieve the car for us, it was an excellent addition to an already great stay. The only thing I'd warn people using Hotels.com for this property...there is no laundry services on site and that was one of the reasons we chose this location so we could do laundry in the evening (we were able to rush over to a laundry mat a couple of blocks away and get things washed just before our dinner reservations so it worked out, but it definitely put us under the gun).

Staff were very nice hotel was clean. Great breakfast and perfect location. Felt safe while traveling with children. We arrived early and our flight was in the evening. We arrived a hour after check in and our room wasn’t ready and they wanted us to wait, but we asked for a different room that was available. The breakfast area was so sticky, everyone’s shoes made noise throughout the hotel. The hallway had a giant dryer fan blowing so not sure what happened there, plus the faint smell of weed even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. But, we were able to take short walks to Pier 39 and fisherman’s wharf and Ghirardelli square without getting our car out of valet. Lovely view out to Alcatraz from the room as well. Overall it was a good stay.

We visited from Charlotte, NC and thoroughly enjoyed the entirety of the stay! Andrae helped us the first night in because the airline didnt have our luggage and he ensured the front desk knew about our items. He gave us plenty of toiletry items to get us through the evening and we had a great experience with the quietness of the facility to the breakfast and the morning staff that were so helpful with breakfast. The coffee was amazing and we'll definitely stay here again when we return to San Francisco. Thank you to everyone!!
