We had good experience here, but there was a mix-up at check-in where we were given a smaller room than the one we originally booked. Since they couldn't move us to the correct room type, they compensated us by covering the cost of our dinner at the hotel restaurant. Aside from the room issue, the service was great. We appreciated that they took accountability and made it right.

Unfortunately the staff at night was slow on getting tpwels for the pool area and to our room. We had to ask 3 times for towels for the pool area. We asked the bar tender and the front desk twice as we were swimmig at night and took my wife on the 3rd time to wait for them to bring the towels we requested. I have h had better experience at other marriots.

Amazing retro hotel in the heart of downtown SB. Loved it. Staff was great. Bar was open late near the pool and all my guest and family had an amazing time during son’s graduation!
