The staff was amazing. They made my wife and I feel so special on our honeymoon. They ordered us a bottle of champagne, it wasn’t something they carried at their lobby market place either. Valet was so accommodating and polite. The room was so clean with a great view of the ocean. They conveniently kept great communication through text (my preferred method. Provided great recommendations of things to do for us. The outdoor patio area had fire pits for us to relax at too. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a great experience I highly recommend The Milo.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the s’mores and hot chocolate. Only issues were the tv wasn’t working properly and no real premium channels. Water pressure in the shower was quite low. And, tree trimmers started in on their work at 8am. And fireplace wasn’t operable. Other than that, room was as hoped for, view was perfect. Have been staying at this location for over 25 years Looking forward to coming back.

The room was nice and clean. Check-in process was very smooth. I arrived with a pet and they provided a room with yard access. Hotel is across the street from the beach and walking distance from many nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful everything, except the valet parking attendant being pushy. I know thats what hes there for. But i want my keys and i want full access to my van when we have been road tripping accross the West. Let me park the car and keep my keys. I would pay extra for that freedom.

the cleanliness of the room was awful. It was not cleaned well. Underneath the sink where you would normally find toiletries had a big pile of dirt or dust..Location great though. Valet great. Loved the bikes, but those need to be cleaned/repaired managed a little better.

We look the room facing the ocean and it was really really good. It was kept clean every day and the stay was really pleasant. The only thing for people to note is that the ocean view rooms face the streets so a lot of noise can come if you want some quiet time in the night.
