"We couldn’t get the door lock to work because the doorknob was loose and wiggling. They reset it three times, then we had to move rooms. Another lady in the hallway said hers was the same thing, she just figured out how to wiggle it to get it to work."

"Code for door did not get workmultiple visits fron the reception desk. Light sockets do not hold any 110~120v plugs all worn out in our room, unable to charge devices like phones. Free cookies at the front desk were good. Staff were great."
