Staff at desk admit to poor safety compliance and apologised but manager was dismissive and unhelpful ...

The room I was given,was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was out. I couldn't see the hairdryer, apparently it was in the wardrobe,in a bag... Gym ...
