We will stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the location was great. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The area is safe and the hotel was very safe and secure.

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
Very kind front desk staff, but all else is mediocre. Elevators need service, rooms are cramped, towels are paper thin, cracked paint, and bad water pressure. Front desk let me check in early and check out was easy, but I would be hard pressed to stay here again.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast.
