We never were there. The reservation was for the wrong night. I asked for the 23rd and you made the reservation for the 21st. A horrid mistake as now it seems I cannot be refunded even though it was your mistake. Very disturbing. Rebecca

We stayed in the Pinnacle towers. Everything was perfect. The bed was huge and comfortable. No noticeable noise. A view of the Sky Tower. I really can't fault our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient

Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport
Efficient and personable staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. Restaurant service was excellent and food was surprisingly wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
