"Als wir ankamen, gab es kein Wasser, dies wurde uns auch mitgeteilt und wir hatten die Möglichkeit zu stornieren. Da es hiess, dass Wasser wäre etwa um 18 Uhr wieder vorhanden haben wir dennoch entschieden zu bleiben. Das Wasser ging bis 23:30 am ersten Tag nicht. Wir konnten auch nicht in unser gebuchtes Zimmer wegen dem Wasser. Bekommen haben wir dann ein geringerwertiges. Außerdem klebte der Boden und im Badezimmer waren einigen Klebereste auf den Armaturen. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir einen Shuttle gebucht, dieser war über 1h unterwegs bis wir am Animal Park waren. Dies war nirgends zu lesen und wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt. Bei der Abholung kam der Shuttle erst 45 Minuten nach Vereinbarung. Wir hatten nach 35 Minuten ein Uber gebucht da wir telefonisch weder von dem Shuttle Unternehmen noch vom Hotel jemand erreicht hatten, der uns helfen konnten. Insgesamt also nicht zu empfehlen, Parkplätze waren gut und der Pool sah gut aus, konnten wir aber nicht nutzen. "
