"Das gesamte Hotel Ausstattung und Personal ist sehr gut!
Das einzige Manko ist wenn man über ein zweit Anbieter bucht bekommt man leider nicht die Hilton Punkte angerechnet,auch wenn man Hilton Honor ist !
Es wäre schön wenn man das ändern würde!
Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel immer wieder buchen!

"Das Zimmer hat dermaßen modrig gerochen. Der Pool war durchgehend geschlossen. Das Frühstück war ein täglicher K(r)ampf. Alle waren in einen kleinen Raum gepfercht. Außer Sirup gab es nichts, keine Marmelade, Käse o.ä. Drei Tage lang gab es keine Teller. Als wir danach fragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es doch Besteck gäbe. Vielleicht sollte man umdenken und nicht nur Styropor zum wegwerfen anbieten, dann kann man es auch abwaschen... Das nächste Highlight war ein Wasserleck in einem Zimmer über uns. Hier läuft es bereits seit mehr als 4 Tagen, interessiert aber keinen. Was sind schon Ressourcen...
Am Empfang ständigwr Blick nach unten, keine Begrüßung/ Verabschiedung.
