Good breakfast in nice surroundings overlooking the river. It wasn’t free and cost just under £12 per person. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet and easy walking distance to Albert Docks etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room isn’t massive but does the job. My only issue is that you have a step out of the bathroom. Bit of a tripping hazard especially if you need to go during the night.

Room very small and no shelves or wardrobe, so a bit cramped. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up and door didnt catch, but apart from that it was fine.

Their was not a lot of option for evening meal . Also more options for breakfast if you didn’t want a cooked breakfast.

The hotel is a budget hotel with the added benefit of free parking . Breakfast was great , staff very friendly and helpful . Room is small but perfectly adequate , it is a budget hotel . The bathroom is tiny , a preformed pod type affair , i found that difficult but again accepted it as the hotel was a great price .

Pleasantly surprised! One of the cheaper options for my stay in Liverpool but the room was clean and practical and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of free parking and just a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Had an evening meal there which was good value for money. Will definitely use them again.

Great location and free parking a bonus, staff were very helpful. When booking on hotels.com there is no mention that there is not a lift, so that was a bit inconvenient. Walkable to city, meals were ok.

dirty shower, refused food at restaurant

Shower had not been cleaned, hairs in there. I wanted to use the on-site restaurant which should have been open until 8:30pm, went there at 7:50pm and staff member said they were not doing dinner but 3 tables had people at them eating
