Really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Location is fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms were lovely. One little thing and it may just be me but the mattresses were a little firm. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Food in the new tapas restaurant was good, room very comfortable, bed and pillows gave us one of the best nights sleeps we’ve ever had in London ( and we come 4 times a year, at least).

Staff were all welcoming and friendly. VIP lounge was very generous but not enough space. Room large (junior suite 3048) and bed comfortable, Bathroom was dated and towels need replacing. Would stay again for the right rate.

Staff were fabulous and so friendly! Room was ok, i would probably pay a bit extra for a better room in future. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, lots of choice. We will definately be back!

Suite Room was large and the extras of complimentary mini bar was a hice touch, but room was not finished to a high standard, scratchs and dents on door frames and bath panel was just a bit of wood glued on and thaf fit. Shower was small and temperamental.

The hotel services have deteriorated. Very tight bathrooms , not comfortable beds but this was the case whether it was a single room or for a family. However , the location is great and convenient
