Only minor negative was no elevator for luggage (staff helped carry mine up) and the were floors are squeaky so could hear others staying in the hotel at night and in the morning. Overall, had a great stay and would book again

Couldn’t fault anything. One immediate problem was fixed straightaway. Room was spacious . Bathrobes , complimentary water etc , nice touches. Nice welcome too by staff on check in , which they had made earlier for us , so more than pleased. Pub is 5 minute walk from tube station. Would definitely stay again
