Hotel is older and a little worn, clean with pleasant staff. My room had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel with a tiny shower.

Not what I expected

If the hotel advertises air conditioning, all of the rooms should have it. Beds were uncomfortable and room is a bit worn down. I won't stay at Thistle again

Very surprised by how great this hotel was. Check in was easy. We got there early and were able to leave our bags. Our room (one queen one single) was perfect. Very spacious. Modern. Clean. Very comfortable bed, pillows and linen. A nespresso machine. Aircon. Great bathroom. I didn’t hear much outside noise. Perfect location for exploring London. Will def stay here again!

This hotel is steps away to many interesting restaurants, 2 blocks from the British Museum, 1/2 block from the tube and the breakfast is really quite good. The elevator is small and serves 6 floors.
