The staff were courteous and the amenities were good. The floor of the room unfortunately wasn’t fully cleaned and the door to the room stood a full inch above the ground, meaning anyone or thing could reach/crawl under at any time. I only stayed a single night, checking in late and checking out early, so I didn’t really have time to file anything.

Staff was friendly from front dest to maintenence to valet. But, the room was MUCH smaller than expected and immediate smell from the heater was intolerable. Rooms were clean but the place felt very stuffy.

Hotel is clean and well situated but the rooms are small with minimal amenities and outdated furniture. It’s like staying in a YMCA. Worst of all, there’s constant noise from street traffic through single lane windows and pervasive noise from other rooms, especially from above where every footstep can be heard. I’d never stay here again.

The location was perfect - the area was safe, close to concert hall, grand central market, and the union station. The staff was friendly, room was spotless and a good size. I was very happy to stay here and will be back next time I come to LA.

Staff was attentive, Valet parking for $20 a day, the room was clean and near the Grand Central Market! Our room was facing 2nd, there was bit of traffic noise but slept through it with ear plugs.
