We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it.

Very clean hotel with gorgeous views. Absolutely amazing food and exceptional service! Be aware- there is NO beach in front of the hotel!!! The cleanliness of the whole resort was perfect. Our room had excellent services. The food was spectacular. Couldn't ask for friendlier and helpful staff.
