Hotel is really good for its star rating. Staff always happy to help and greet you. Breakfast well presented with good choice. Hotel is only 15 minutes from central station and all attractions by metro. Disappointing was realisation that there is a thief amongst the cleaning staff. Even lady at reception confirmed that they do have this problem in the hotel. I was not first. I’ve had money stolen from me. I take responsibility for it, I did not use safe which is provided in the room. I never do wherever I stay. Well lesson learnt. And another disappointment is higher management. Nobody contacted me to discuss the issue of theft or my another request I’ve made. When I was asking if there is answer to my questions and request, answer was not yet because management does not work on weekends. 😳 Even my disappointment in the end of my stay I still think that it is good hotel to stay. Staff which you come in the contact with is great. Just do use safe in the room if you ask for cleaning.

Sehr neues und sauberes Hotel, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Location ist auch top! Bis zur Innenstadt sind es nur 20min mit der Metro.
