I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
Housekeeping broke the door in my room and initially blamed me for the damage. However, there was clear video evidence showing that the housekeeper caused the damage themselves. Despite this, the situation was handled poorly and without any accountability.
The manager on site was also very unprofessional and rude. He repeatedly complained about having to be there from 7pm to midnigh on a sunday? My problem? I dont think so which is completely inappropriate behaviour when dealing with guests. His attitude made an already stressful situation much worse.
I was also wrongly accused of smoking in the room due to ash found on the side, which was not mine. Making accusations without proper investigation is unacceptable and unprofessional
To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work in any of the rooms. Even though the manager insisted it was working, it clearly was not, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a terrible experience caused by poor staff conduct, false accusations, and lack of basic room functionality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest avoiding it at all costs.
