Besides one employee everyone was really nice. The doorman was very energetic and friendly. Beds were good, loved the balcony, and pizza! lol I’m a sucker for pizza.

The hotel was very close to the park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you could need, and the restaurant was great. My only complaint was that the shower temperature fluctuated often between too hot and cold.

I thought the Expedia price included everything. When I checked out today I was charged $35.00 a day for parking. That was not on my booking price and the most expensive parking I have ever had. I am not happy with that!!

Good base for Disneyland but rooms very tired

The hotel is in a good location for Disneyland. Staff and communal areas were great! Room was very tired and worn and definitely in need of some TLC but served as a good base for Disneyland. Pool was nice and the food reasonable and good.

Great Location, Super Basic Stay The Anaheim Hotel’s biggest selling point is its unbeatable location—directly across the street from the Disneyland entrance. If proximity is your top priority, this place works. The grounds are nicely landscaped, the pool is large and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the fun mid-century modern touches, VERY comfortable beds, and secure parking. The property also felt safe. That said, the hotel is basic and clearly older. While it appears well-maintained, our room had an overwhelming chemical smell (likely from frequent carpet cleanings) that didn’t improve even with the window open all day. I do not think this is typical nor in all the rooms, but it was unpleasant. We were offered another room, which was appreciated, but wasn’t worth the fuss. The bathroom has very bright lighting with no nightlight option, and you may hear some hallway noise, but nothing major. If you’re in the parks all day you will appreciate the comfortable beds. If you’re aware that it’s basic and you just need a place to sleep between park days, this might suit your needs. The rates seem fair for what you get. Personally, I’d pay more to stay elsewhere next time, but the location truly can’t be beat.

The room was supposed to be " premiere " extremely small room !! the bed was right in front of the balcony door. Stubbed toe. Bathroom extremely small could not fit more than one person in it. At one point me and husband had to use the bathroom at the same time and it was ridiculous. Pool did not allowed outside food or drink which is not family budget friendly. Who wants to pay for a $20 alcohol beverage at the pool? We overheard a supervisor reprimanding one of the custodians right in front of our room not good. Parking is $30 a night expense! Phone was broken in our room could not reach front desk also the clock was broken. Pizza restaurant is nearby you'll pay $30 for a pizza though. Stay somewhere else this is just a little too much for family.

We stayed here for Disney and CA adventure. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and outdoor activities but will next time. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.
